细胞因子在阿尔茨海默病的发生和发展中的作用 被引量:4

摘要 阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)是一种常见的神经系统退行性疾病,临床表现为进行性认知功能减退,典型病理改变为老年斑(senile plaque,SP)、神经原纤维缠结(neuronal fibrillary tangles,NFT)及神经元丢失,病情呈进行性加重,病因迄今未明。AD的一项重要病理特征是脑内存在大量老年斑(SP),其主要成分是Aβ。Aβ源自β淀粉样蛋白前体蛋白(APP)。
