摘要
在综合分析我国能源资源现状,能源科技发展状况与存在问题,能源消费结构发展趋势,以及未来我国水电建设现状与问题、任务与目标的基础上,通过对水电、煤炭、石油、天然气、核能、风能、太阳能等多种能源优缺点的对比分析,阐述我国水电建设的战略意义以及重要性。指出优先发展水电能源既可以为我国的现代化建设增加能源供应、优化能源结构、保障能源安全,还可以更好地保护环境、应对全球变暖等气候变化的趋势;发展水电应该作为我国当今能源策略的优先选择,加快建设步伐。
Based on comprehensive analyses of the status in quo of energy resources,the situation of energy technology development and its existing problems,the development trend of energy consumption structure as well as the status,problems,tasks and goal of hydropower development in China,the strategic significance and importance of hydropower development in China were stated by comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of hydropower,coal,oil,gas,nuclear energy,wind energy,solar energy and so on.It was put forward that the preferential development of hydropower resources could raise the energy supply,optimize the energy structure and ensure the energy security for the modernization construction in China,and it could also better protect the environment and deal with the global warming and climate change.In a word,the development of hydropower should be preferred for the current energy policy in China and its construction pace should be promoted.
