经伤椎椎弓根植骨结合后路内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折疗效观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的评估经伤椎椎弓根植骨结合后路内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折术后后凸矫正情况。方法 2005年6月至2008年4月应用经伤椎椎弓根植骨结合后路内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折32例。术前、术后和随访时测量伤椎前缘高度比例及后凸cobb's角。结果术后椎体高度、后凸cobb's角,与术前值比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。长期随访术后椎体高度、后凸cobb's角,与术前值比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),与术后值比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论经伤椎椎弓根植骨结合后路内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折可有效重建脊柱前中柱稳定,恢复伤椎高度,预防术后矫正角度的丢失,具有良好临床疗效。 Objective To assess the correction in local kyphosis of transpedicular bone grafting and posterior internal fixation for thoracolumbar fracture.Methods Thirty-two patients with thoracolumbar fracture underwent transpedicular bone grafting and posterior internal fixation bwtween June 2005 and April 2008 were included in this study.The anterior vertebral body compression percentage of the injured vertebra and Cobb's angle were measured in preoperative,postoperative and follow-up radiographs.Results There were significant differences of the ratio of anterior injured vertebrae height and cobb's angle between before operation and after operation(P0.05).In follow ups,there were significant differences of the ratio of anterior injured vertebrae height and cobb's angle between follow ups and before operation(P0.05),but no significant differences between follow ups and after operation(P0.05).Conclusion Transpedicular bone grafting in combination with posterior internal fixation is an effective method in the treatment of thoracolumbar fracture.
