摘要
在·OH、O2.和H2O2的产生和检测系统以及兔脑和肝组织匀浆中,加入一定量的茵陈(ArtimisiacapillarisThunb.)水提液,观察其与活性氧引发反应的竞争效应。结果表明,茵陈水提液能显著降低·OH作用下的水杨酸羟基化作用及O2.介导的氮兰四唑(NBT)光化学还原,而对H2O2驱动的过氧化物钛复合物的形成没有影响;显著抑制兔脑和肝组织匀浆的脂质过氧化作用。
The effects of active oxygen (·OH, O\-\{2\}\+\{.\}and H\-\{2\}O\-\{2\}) in human body have been well known in damaging the membrane causing disease. Adding water extract of \%Artemisia capillaris \%Thunb. to the generating and detecting systems of hydroxyl radical (·OH), superoxide radical (O\-\{2\}\+\{.\}) and hydrogen peroxide (H\-\{2\}O\-\{2\}) for the observation on its competitive abilities to active reactions. The results indicated that the water extract from \%Artemisia capillaris \%could reduce ·OH initiated hydroxylation of salicylate and inhibite O\-\{2\}\+\{.\}mediated light chemical reduction of nitroblue tetrazolium (NBT) effectively, but it might not reduce H\-\{2\}O\-\{2\}in driving the formation of peroxide\|titanium complex. It has significant inhibition to lipid peroxidation of brain and liver homogentes of rabbit. The results indicated that the water extract of \%Artemisia capillaris \%is an effective scavenger of ·OH and O\-\{2\}\+\{.\}, and has obviously activity of antioxidation.
