摘要
以人为本是《内经》治疗思想的重要理念之一。《内经》的"法天则地"说重视人的生存环境,强调的主体是人,是因人制宜;"治病求本"的"本",强调的是证候的内在本质,辨证的过程实际上是对患者个体反应性的动态分析和判断的过程;"顺而治之"包括顺应人体的生理、心理特点以及正气的祛邪之势,体现了对患者的尊重;"和为圣度"表明任何治疗方法和手段都必须依靠机体的"自愈"能力,促进、调动、激发机体"自和"、"自制"机制,才能达到愈病的目的。从根本上说,中医是"治人"的医学,其治疗思想反映了浓厚的人本意识,体现了《内经》治疗体系以人为本的基本特征。
People oriented are one of the important treatment thought in Huang di＇s Canon of Medicine.＂Complying with the law of movement of the nature＂ focuses on human living environment,and emphasizes human beings as the subject,and is said to choose treatments according to the variability of an individual.Searching for the primary cause of disease in treatment emphasizes the inherent nature of the syndrome.This process is actually the dynamic analysis and determination to patients＇ individual response.＂Treatment by rule＂ complies with the body＇s physiological and psychological characteristics and eliminating pathogenic of the vital Qi.It reflects the respect for the patients.＂Harmony as basic rule＂ shows that any treatment must rely on the body＇s ＂self-healing＂ capability,which promotes,transfers,stimulates the body ＂self harmony＂,＂self-restraint＂ mechanism,in order to achieve the purpose to cure patients.Fundamentally,traditional Chinese medicine is a medical science focusing on persons.It＇s treatment thought reflects a strong sense of the concept of people-oriented,and is regarded as one of the essential features of Huang di＇s Canon of Medicine.
