摘要
阐述核心力量训练的特点和作用,结合竞技健美操的专项特点,介绍静力核心力量训练、动力核心力量训练和本体感受训练,提出在训练计划中安排核心力量训练的建议。
This article represented the characteristics and the effect of core strength training,combining the special characteristic of competitive aerobics,introducing the static strength training,the motive strength training and proprioceptive sensory training to propose suggestions on arranging core strength training into the training plans.
