摘要
采用文献资料法、实验法、专家访谈法和数理统计法等科研方法,对技巧拉拉操运动对队员身体机能的影响进行了实验与分析。研究结果表明:技巧拉拉操运动对队员身体机能恢复有很大的改善作用。主要表现在有减少队员体内多余体脂、增强耐力素质、改善柔韧素质、增加心力储备和肺活量等功效。
This paper,using literature data,experiments,expert interview and statistic methods,discusses the impact of cheerleading exercise on the athletes' physical function. The result shows it plays a great part in improving the athletes' physical function mainly in reducing excess fat,enhancing the endurance,improving flexibility and increasing the athletes' energy and their lung capacity.
