摘要
目的：观察聚焦超声治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析湖北省妇幼保健院慢性宫颈炎患者500例，将其分为聚焦超声治疗组300例，微波治疗对照组200例，观察其临床症状、体征、疗效及不良反应。结果：聚焦超声法治疗慢性宫颈炎的有效率为98．3％，微波治疗组为93．0％，两组疗效差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；超声治疗组治疗后只有一过性宫颈水肿，阴道排液量少，仅有少数患者有阴道流血，无瘢痕形成。微波治疗组均有不同程度阴道排液及出血，结痂是常见并发症，有瘢痕形成。术后阴道流黄色或血性分泌物、结痂等不良反应，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。聚焦超声组术后宫颈1-1狭窄、宫颈内膜增生等并发症明显低于微波治疗组（P〈0．01）。超声治疗组创面愈合时间为4～9周，微波治疗组需6～10周，两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：聚焦超声治疗慢性宫颈炎疗效确切，不良反应及并发症少，是目前治疗宫颈炎的一种有效方法。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of focused ultrasound in treatment of chronic cervicitis. Methods： 500 patients with chronic cervicitis in the hospital were analyzed retrospectively, then they were divided into focused ultrasound treatment group （300 patients） and microwave treatment group （200 patients） , the clinical symptoms, physical signs, curative effect and adverse reactions were observed. Results： The effective rates of focused ultrasound treatment and microwave treatment were 98.3% and 93.0% , respectively, there was significant difference in curative effect between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ） . In focused ultrasound treatment group, flash cervical edema and little vaginal liquid discharge occurred, a few patients were found with vaginal bleeding, no cicatrization occurred. In microwave treatment group, vaginal liquid discharge and vaginal bleeding occurred to varying degrees, incrustation was one of the common complica- tions, cicatrization occurred. There was significant difference in the incidences of adverse reactions between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . The incidences of complications in focused ultrasound treatment group were significantly lower than those in microwave treatment group （ P 〈 0. 01 ） . The healing times of surface of the wound in focused ultrasound treatment group and microwave treatment group were 4 - 9 weeks and 6 N 10 weeks, respectively, there was no significant difference between the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ） . Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of focused ultrasound is good in treatment of chronic cervicitis, the adverse reactions and complications are few, which is an effective method to cure chronic cervicitis currently.
