摘要
目的:观察整体护理在血栓通注射液治疗血栓性脑梗死患者中的应用。方法:对168例行血栓通治疗的脑梗死患者的整体护理进行回顾性分析。结果:本组168例急性脑梗死患者经血栓通注射液治疗以及相应的整体护理后,基本治愈91例(54.16%),显著进步38例(22.61%),进步22例(13.09%),无变化17例(10.11%)。总有效率为89.88%。结论:血栓通注射液治疗急性血栓性脑梗死安全有效。充分的术前准备,积极的术中、术后护理,对手术的顺利进行,预防及减少并发症的发生有重要意义。
Objective：To observe the holistic nursing using in patients with thrombotic cerebral infarction treated by Xueshuantong injection.Methods： Retrospectively analyzed the holistic care of the 168 patients with cerebral infarction were treated by Xueshuantong injection.Results：The group of 168 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated by Xueshuantong injection and the corresponding intensive care ,Basic cured 91 patients（54.16%）, significant progress in 38 cases（22.61%）, improvement in 22 cases（13.09%）, unchanged in 17 cases （10.11%）. The total effective rate was 89.88 %.Conclusion：The treatment of patients with actue thrombotic cerebral infarction by Xueshuantong injection is safe and effective.Adequate preoperative preparation, positive postoperative care, is benefit to the smooth progress of surgery and to prevent and reduce the incidence of complications is important.
