摘要
分析铁路工程建设招标采购过程中评审专家的抽取流程,针对传统人工抽取方式和现有自动抽取系统的不足,设计开发了基于B/S模式的专家抽取系统,实践证明该系统具有较高的可靠性,有效提高工作效率,为招标采购工作提供一个安全、保密、公正、公平的专家抽取平台。
This paper analyzed the extracting process of evaluation experts in the tender process of the construction of railway projects.Faced with the traditional manual extraction methods and the existing shortage of some automated Extraction System,it was designed new Extraction System based on B/S mode.The System was proved by practice with a strong reliability and higher efficiency.The System could provide a safe,confidential,impartial and fair extraction platform.
