摘要
研究了20CrMnTi钢固体高浓度渗碳工艺及其组织与性能。结果表明:该高浓度渗碳工艺可在钢的表层形成大量细粒状、弥散分布的碳化物,具有高硬度、高耐磨性、高回火稳定性及低脆性。
The microstructure and properties of 20CrMnTi steel with solid high carbon concentration carburizirng at 820℃~860℃ were studied. It was shown that the surface layer with high carbon concentration carburizing contains a mass of finely-granular, dispersed carbides, possessing high hardness, high wear resistance, high tempering stability and low brittleness.
