摘要
介绍了铬钼钢的高浓度渗碳试验。结果证明,渗碳层的含碳量远超过常规渗碳的含碳量,在渗碳层中分布着较多的颗粒状碳化物,比常规渗碳工艺具有更高的硬度、较好的回火稳定性和耐磨性能。
The high carbon concentration carburization for Cr-Mo steel was introduced. The result proved that the carbon content in the carburized layer far exceed that of normal carburization,and in the carburized layer more nodular carbide particles are distributed. Also it's hardness is higher than that of normal carburization and have better tempering stability and wearresistance.
