摘要
针对单端正激电路,就保护与可靠性问题进行了研究。讨论了过电流和过电压保护措施,分析了空载、负载和短路状态下开关过程特点,并提出合理的控制措施和优化设计方法,起到切实的保护作用和改善器件的工作状态,提高可靠性。
he protection and reliability design has been investigated in view of the single ended forward inverter.Over-current and over-voltage protection are discussed,the states of open circuit,with-load and short circuit are analyzed,suitable controling measures and optimized design are put forward,which work effectively,improve switching state of devices and enhance reliability.
