核工业施工用逆变式空气等离子焊接电源的设计研究

摘要 针对核工业施工的特点及焊接要求,设计了一种新型逆变式焊接电源,采用IGBT双并联开关组,开关通断采用PWM控制,用输出电流偏差和开关元件峰位电流共同控制脉冲宽度,试验表明该电源性能稳定,达到了设计要求. According to characteristic of nuclear industry and the requirement of welding, a program of novel inverted welding power supply has been designed. Adopting IGBT as inverted switch component, the switch on and switch off are controlled by the PWM. The width of pulses is controlled by using the current output errors in pallered with the peak current of the switch elements. The experiment indicated such power supply remains stable, which attains the need of design.
