摘要
通过三因子三水平正交实验设计, 研究了Sc2O3 在nNaF·AlF3ScF3 熔盐体系中的溶解度与熔盐成分及温度的关系。结果表明, 冰晶石的分子比与ScF3 的含量是影响溶解度的主要因素,ScF3 含量的增加与分子比的降低有利于Sc2O3 的溶解。随温度的升高,Sc2O3 的溶解度增大, 但温度影响显著性相对较小。在冰晶石分子比为2 .1 、ScF3 含量9 % 时,Sc2O3 的溶解度可达5 % 以上。
Through 3 factor 3 level orthogonal design, the relationship between the solubility of Sc 2O 3 in n NaF·AlF 3 ScF 3 molten salt and the composition of the molten salt and temperature was studied. The results showed that the molecular ratio of cryolite and the content of ScF 3 were the major factors which effect the solubility of Sc 2O 3. As temperature increased, the dissolution of Sc 2O 3 increased, but the extent of temperature effect became relatively small. When the molecular ratio of cryolite was 2.1, the content of ScF 3 9%, the solubility of Sc 2O 3 was more than 5%.
