摘要
以白云鄂博矿经超导磁选之后的选铌尾矿作为实验原料,采用先微波焙烧后盐酸浸出的工艺,探究微波焙烧功率、时间、浸出温度、盐酸浓度以及液固比等对浸出钪的影响,确定浸出钪的工艺条件。实验结果表明,在微波功率560 W、微波焙烧时间18 min、浸出温度150℃、盐酸浓度10 mol/L、物料粒度400目占比70%、液固比4∶1、浸出时间1.5 h的条件下,钪的浸出率可达95%以上。
The tailings of Bayan Obo mine from superconducting magnetic separation were used as the experimental raw materials,and the process of hydrochloric acid leaching after microwave roasting was used to investigate the effects of microwave power,time,leaching temperature,hydrochloric acid concentration and liquid-solid ratio on leaching rate of scandium.The test results show that when microwave power is 560 W,microwave roasting time is 18 min,leaching temperature is 150℃,hydrochloric acid concentration is 10 mol/L,material size is-400 mesh fraction taking up 70%,liquid-solid ratio is 4∶1,and leaching time is 1.5 h,the leaching rate can reach more than 95%.
