摘要
调解纠纷解决机制在藏族习惯法中占有突出地位,并有其自身特点。藏族习惯法偏爱调解并优先适用自有原因。对此进行客观分析、理性评价,既有利于维护藏族社会的稳定、推动藏族社会的法治进程,也有利于构建和谐藏族社会。
Dispute resolution settlement mechanism is in a prominent place in the Customary Law,and has its own characteristics.Tibetan customary law prefers to meditate and has priority for its own reasons for mediation.An objective analysis and rational evaluation of this is not only helpful to maintain social stability in Tibetan society,but also promote the process of rule of law in Tibet.What＇s more,it is also conducive to building a harmonious society.
