通过不同场次比赛最后用力阶段的技术分析,可进一步提高李凤峰技术合理性。其出手速度有些慢,造成的原因是由于滑步阶段左腿后摆过高,同时在过渡阶段左脚着地太慢,速度节奏下降。出手高度在不同场次的比赛有差异,但是变化都在合理的范围之内。李凤峰的手高度不宜过高。
A technical analysis of the final forcing stage in different games can help to make Li Fengfeng＇s use of technique more reasonable. We think that Li is a little slow when pushing out the shot, because, in the sliding stage, Li＇s left leg swings too high, and in the transition stage, the left foot lands too slowly, which results in the slowdown of speed and rhythm. The height of throwing varies in different games, but within reasonable limits. We think that Li should lift her hands too high.
