摘要
甘南黄河重要水源补给区生态环境建设不仅关系到甘南藏族群众生产发展，社会进步问题，而且直接关系到黄河中下游广大地区的生态安全和经济社会的可持续发展，甘南生态有绝对优势，提出了生态建设的6条思路。
