摘要
运用SWOT分析法,分析科技期刊网络发行的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战。提出了重视品牌培育、加强基础设施建设和人才培养、提供全面信息服务、加大网络知识产权保护力度等推动科技期刊网络发行的对策建议。
SWOT analysis method was used to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of scientific journals＇ network distribution.Some advices are proposed on how to drive the development of scientific journals＇ network distribution,such as stressing on brand development,strengthening infrastructure construction and personnel training,providing comprehensive information services,and enhancing the protection of network intellectual property.
