摘要
针对网络环境下科技期刊编辑面临的机遇和挑战,从履行社会责任、胜任编辑工作及自身全面发展3个方面,阐述了学习选择的现实意义;基于自主学习、在职提高、参加培训和学术交流、从事科学研究等方面的思路,提出了实现途径;处在变革、创新与发展的时代,只有认真践行终身学习的理念,才能为推动社会发展和科技进步做出编辑工作者应有的贡献。
Technical journal editors are facing opportunities and challenges in the internet era. From social responsibilities, capability for editor work and self development, the practical significance of selective study is presented. The solution for realizing it is proposed through self learning, self development, professional training, academic communications and scientific research. In the new era of internet revolution, innovation, and development, the only way to contribute to our social and scientific developments is through continued lifetime learning.
