摘要
目的:探讨采用含氟树脂封闭剂封闭预防正畸治疗过程釉质脱矿的可行性。方法:选取临床正畸患者30例,共542颗需粘结的牙齿,采用自身对照的方法分为实验组(共274颗牙齿)和对照组(共268颗牙齿),实验组先采用含氟树脂封闭剂封闭,然后用临床常规材料粘结托槽,对照组采用临床常用粘结剂。观察两组牙齿的托槽脱落率以及釉质脱矿情况。结果:两组牙齿托槽脱落率无显著性差异,实验组的抗釉质脱矿能力高于对照组。结论:用含氟树脂封闭剂封闭牙面预防釉质脱矿具有临床可行性,值得推广应用。
Objective To determine the feasibility of prevention sealant. Methods A total of 542 teeth were chosen in 30 of enamel decalcification with fluoride-releasing resin patients who needed fixed appliance for orthodontic treatment, The patients were divided into study group (with 274 teeth) and control group (with 268 teeht) by self-control study. The teeth in control group were sealed with fluoride-releasing resin sealant and then bonded with brackets by adhesives commonly used in clinical,the teeth in control group just bonded with brackets by adhesives commonly used in clinical as control group. Observe the failure rates of brackets bonded and dental decalcification was done respectively in the to groups in 12 months failure rates of brackets bonded were no after the treatment,the results were significant difference between two analyzed with statistics. Results The groups,and the resistance of enamel decalcification was significantly higher in control group. Conclusion Enamel sealed with fluoride-releasing resin sealant may be an effective method to prevent the enamel decalcification during fixed orthodontic treatment.
