摘要
目的:探讨Vitapex糊剂对牙根尖周病的临床治疗价值。方法:应用显著性检验手段对采用Vitapex糊剂和常规材料的两组牙根尖周病患者在治疗后疼痛反应比例进行分析。结果:Vitapex糊剂治疗组疼痛反应比例明显小于常规材料治疗组,其治疗后1、3、5天疼痛反应比例的差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:运用Vitapex糊剂治疗牙根尖周病具有疼痛反应小的优点,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：Discuss the clinical treatment value of periapical root disease by Vitapex paste.Methods：Significance test applied by means of conventional materials Vitapex paste and apical two weeks after treatment in patients with pain response rates were analyzed.Results：Vitapex paste in the treatment group is significantly less than the normal pain response materials group,1,3,5 days after the treatment,the differences in pain response ratio are significant （P0.05）.Conclusions：The treatment of Vitapex paste in periapical root disease has the advantage of little pain reaction,it is worthy of clinical application.
