摘要
采用文献计量法和内容分析法,对"中华经济研究院"(台北)的研究报告和工作报告进行分析,评估馆藏合作对象的科研生产力,用以规划数字资源保存的数据库系统以及促进资源共建共享。提出"文献计量-内容分析-信息系统-沟通-送存"的简洁思路,研究传统科学计量学所不能检测的灰色文献评量方法,是一项可继续发展的初探性研究。
By using both biblometric and content analysis, this paper describes the phonenmen of the ＂ Chung-Hua Institution for E- conomic Researeh＂ （Taipei） through analysing its research papers and working papers in order to evaluate the R＆D productivity of the collaborative insititution, and for designing the database of digital resource preservation and facilates the co-development and resource sharing. The process of ＂biblometric-content analysis-information system-communications-deposit＂ is proposed. This exploratory study can be developed in future, because it evaluates the grey literature, which has never been studied in the traditional scienometric.
