摘要
借助于外差检测技术,能够以高精度、高稳定性、宽动态范围测量温度、压力、应变、位移、旋转、磁场、电流、电场、薄膜厚度及光学常数等各种物理量,本文综合介绍这些应用外差检测技术的光纤传感器及其所达到的性能指标。
By means of heterodyne technique various quantities such as temperature, pressure, strain, displacement, rotation, magnetic field, current, electric field, thin film thickness and optical constants can be measured with high precision, high stability, and wide dynamic range. A few kinds of optical fiber sensors using heterodyne detection technique, as well as their actual performance are summarily presented in this paper.
