摘要
目的建立怀鲜地黄指纹图谱,为有效控制鲜地黄药材的质量奠定基础。方法将鲜地黄榨汁、取汁,采用梯度洗脱的方法,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相,检测波长215、230 nm,柱温30°C,体积流量1 mL/min。采用药典委员会指纹图谱相似度评价软件(2004 A版)进行数据处理。结果对10批怀鲜地黄进行HPLC测定,在215、230 nm下各确定12个共有峰,建立了鲜地黄两个波长下的指纹图谱。结论该方法准确、可靠,可为怀鲜地黄的质量控制提供参考。
AIM To establish an HPLC fingerprint of fresh Rehmanniae Radix and set up its quality control.METHODS Fresh Rehmanniae Radix was squeezed the juice and a gradientmobile system was applied to the measurement of ten batches of fresh Rehmanniae at the flow rate of 1 mL/min.Mobile Phase was acetonitrile-0.1% H3PO4.The UV detection wave length was at 215 nm and 230 nm;the temperature of column was 30 °C;and the chromatogram map was recorded in 90 minutes.The chromatogram fingerprints were evaluated by the similarity evaluation software published by the committee of codex.RESULTS Twelve co-possessing peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks of fresh juice from Rehmanniae Radix at 215 nm and 230 nm.CONCLUSION This method shows the high precision and reliability,and can be used to the quality control of fresh Rehmanniae.
