摘要
本文研究了利用杜仲纯粉生产杜仲可乐的加工技术。运用单因素试验确定了杜仲可乐中各组分的较优用量,并根据配方正交试验和模糊综合评判选择出杜仲可乐的最佳配方。
Processing technology of Duzhong cola was developed with the extract of Eucommia ulmoides . Contents of constituents in Duzhong Cola was determined by using single factor experiments. Optimum formula of Duzhong cola was conducted on the basis of the orthogonal experiment of formula and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
