2008年浒苔消亡末期有机碳分布情况的初步研究 被引量:9

摘要 以2008年夏季浒苔消亡末期对黄海绿潮爆发区的调查资料为依据,研究了在浒苔消亡末期调查区域内溶解有机碳(DOC)、颗粒有机碳(POC)的分布特征和变化趋势,并结合其他数据分析了浒苔爆发对有机物含量和分布的影响。结果表明:浒苔消亡末期调查海域内DOC的含量呈现出北高南低的分布趋势,表、底层在青岛近岸均出现了高值,这是由于浒苔消亡过程中释放出DOC。POC也呈现北高南低的分布趋势,表层的高值区出现在青岛近岸,主要来源于未沉降的浒苔和分解残体。10 m层和底层在近岸区含量均大于200μg/L,且表现出明显的离岸减少的趋势。受浒苔消亡产生的大量生物碎屑和沉积物再悬浮、陆源输入等的影响,相比之下浮游生物的现场生产对POC含量和分布的作用不显著。颗粒物中C/N出现了罕见的高值(平均含量为106.75),这是由于有机高分子化合物中,碳骨架比含氮基团稳定性好,不易分解。垂直方向上随着深度增加而增大,这是受到了浒苔消亡过程中的生物活动以及下沉分解等影响。 The distribution and changes of dissolved organic carbon(DOC) and particulate organic carbon(POC) in the end of the decline of Enteromorpha prolifera were studied in the summer of 2008.Combined with other data,the effect of E.prolifera on the distribution of organic carbon was discussed.The results showed that the concentration of DOC was higher in the north than that in the south.The value of it in the surface and bottom layer near Qingdao was higher,that was because of the release from E.prolifera in its decine.POC showed lower values in southern area and higher values in northern area.It was higher near the shore of Qingdao.It came from E.prolifera which was not subsided and the degradation products.POC in the 10m and bottom layer was higher in shore(200 g/L) and lower off shore.It may be affected by amount of degradation products of E.prolifera,sediment resuspension and terrigenous input,and the influence of the phytoplankton production in situ was not remarkable.Such a high value of C/N(average value of 106.75) in particulate is infrequent.It was due to that carbon skeleton was more stable than nitrogen containing group.In vertical,C/N was increasing with the depth.It was due to the biological activity,sinkage and degradation in the decline process of E.prolifera.
