摘要
目的:观察温肾祛风散寒汤治疗帕金森病(PD)的临床疗效。方法:将53例本病患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组28例和对照组25例,对照组予美多巴治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加服温肾祛风散寒汤。结果:治疗组总有效率为75%,对照组仅为56%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);且治疗组在静止性震颤、强直、双手动作减少等因子改善方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温肾祛风散寒汤能有效降低帕金森病患者W ebster评分,显著改善帕金森病患者的症状。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Qufeng Wenshen Sanhan decoction for Parkinson＇s disease（PD）.l Methods： 53 patients with PD were randomly divided into treatment group 28 patients and control group 25 patients.The patients in control group were treated with Madopar and in treatment group with the decoction on the basis of the treatment in control group.Results： The total effective rates were 75% in treatment group and 56% in control group（P0.05）;and the curative effects for resting tremor,rigidity,decreasing hands movements and other factors in treatment group were better than those in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： Qufeng Wenshen Sanhan decoction can effectively reduce the Webster score in Parkinson＇s disease and improve significantly the symptoms of Parkinson＇s disease.
