摘要
面对电子商务的崛起,处于全国领先地位的河南各农业企业也纷纷建立起自己的网站。但当前企业网站的建设处于盲目和无序状态,造成了农业企业资源的浪费。针对这一现象,本文在WMM模型基础上,建立与企业战略匹配的网站评估指标体系,运用因子分析提取出影响网站有效性的主因子,并运用聚类分析找出模范网站,这对于指导农业企业的电子商务与企业战略无缝整合有较强的实践和理论意义。
Many agricultural enterprises taking the leading position in Henan province build websites to fit in with the needs of e-business.But because many of them don't know how and what to do with the e-business,it's unavoidable to waste the enterprise resources.On this question,this article build websites evaluation index matching the enterprises strategy.And the websites are analyzed by applying methods of factor analysis and cluster analysis to find out top enterprise website.So this article has theoretical and practical significance to guide agricultural enterprises in integrating strategy and e-business.
