摘要
R&D投入是企业R&D活动的基础,对企业的发展意义重大。我国企业R&D投入长期不足影响着我国自主创新能力的提升。通过对比中国与美国R&D投入的总量、强度、来源、投向等多方面指标,基于大中型工业企业的R&D投入的现状,从中发现中美两国在上述方面存在的差异化原因跟企业内外部环境有关,进而指出我国工业企业存在的主要问题,并从美国的工业企业的R&D投入经验中获得对中国企业的启示。
R＆D investment is the base of the R＆D activities of company. It is very significant for the development of company. As China enterprises are lacking in R＆D investment, China~ ability of independent innovation can not get a promotion. This article compares China and the United States by the total amount of R＆D investment, strength, source, orientation, and many other indicators. Based on the status of R＆D investment of the large and medium industrial enterprises, we can find that company＇s internal environment and external environment are the reasons for difference of the two countries ＇ R＆D investment. Then we can know some major problems of Chinese industrial enterprises and get some inspiration from American experience.
