摘要
在深圳图书馆的实践体验与反思的基础上,指出岗位管理将成为我国公共图书馆人员管理的核心,认为岗位管理能够增强图书馆专业化服务的能力,应逐步建立与完善图书馆岗位管理体系并予以系统配套实施。
Based on practical experience and reflection in Shenzhen Library,it is proposed that post management will become the core of personnel management in public library,and could strengthen the professional service capacity in library.Post management system shall be established and perfected gradually,and be implemented systematically.
