摘要
目的探讨粘弹剂对人工晶状体植入术后的眼压影响。方法总结分析537例使用2％HPMC的人工晶状体植入术后的眼压变化情况。结果术后眼压升高的占23．65％，与性别、年龄无关。结论粘弹剂对人工晶状体术后眼压有一定的短期影响。
Objective To study the effects of viscoelastic on the intraocular pressure after IOL implantation surgery.Methods summary and analy sis of the change of intraocular pressure in the first day of postoperation of 537 cases of ECCE + IOL implantation with 2% HPMC.Results It shows that the increase in IOP is 23.65% and IOP increase is oo rela tionship with gender and age. Conclusions Viscoelastic has a definite and temporary effets on IOP of IOL implantatioon surgery.
