摘要
目的观察六君子汤联合ECF化疗方案治疗进展期胃癌的近期疗效及六君子汤是否提高患者对ECF方案的耐受性和改善患者生存质量。方法将60例经病理组织学、CT检查确诊的进展期胃癌患者随机分为两组:对照组30例采用ECF方案治疗;治疗组30例在此治疗方案的基础上联用六君子汤。21d为1个周期,连用2个周期。比较两组的有效率、不良反应发生率和生存质量状况。结果治疗组有效率53.3%,对照组50%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组Karnofsky评分提高率高于对照组(P<0.05)。白细胞下降发生率治疗组和对照组分别为63.3%和83.3%,恶心呕吐发生率两组分别为66.7%和86.7%(P<0.05)。结论君子汤联合ECF方案治疗进展期胃癌,可降低化疗对患者免疫功能的影响及不良反应发生率,改善患者的生存质量。
Objection：To deserve the therapeutic effects of treating progressive gastric cancer with Liu Junzi decoction combined with ECF;Wether can the Liu Junzi decoction improve the tolerance to ECF and the quality of life of the patients with progressive gastric cancer？ Methods 60 patients of progressive gastric cancer diagnosed definitely by CT and pathology were devided into 2 groups randomly with 30 in each.Comparison group treated with single ECF chemotherapy;Treatment group treated with ECF combined with Liu Junzi decoction.Contrast the therapeutic efficiency,the incidence of adverse reaction and the quality of life of the two groups.Results Compared with the comparison group,there is no difference betreen the two groups in therapeutic efficiency（53.3% vs 50%,P0.05）;Treatment group is more effective in Karnofsky score（P0.05）,the incidence of leucopenia（63.3% vs 83.3% P0.05）,gastric upset and vomiting（66.7% vs 86.7%,P0.05）.Conclusion The treatment results of Liu Junzi decoction combined with ECF can decrease the affection of the chemotherapy to the patients＇ immunologic system and other adverse reaction efficiently and improve the quality of life.
