干扰素对晚期胃癌ECF方案化疗的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较干扰素联合ECF方案与单用ECF方案治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效。方法将42例经胃镜和病理检查确认的晚期胃癌的患者随机分为两组。ECF组21例,第1天给予表阿霉素60 mg/m^2静脉注射,顺铂75 mg/m^2分3-4 d静脉滴注;氟尿嘧啶针每天500 mg/m^2持续输注96 h。干扰素+ECF组给予干扰素针500万U肌肉注射,每日1次;表阿霉素、顺铂和氟尿嘧啶的用法同ECF组。每3周为1个周期,3个周期评价疗效,对两组的缓解率、生活质量改善率进行比较。结果干扰素+ECF组的缓解率为68.5%,ECF组缓解率为47.6%。两组比较有显著差异(P〈0.05)。结论干扰素+ECF方案对晚期胃癌病人的近期疗效比较显著优于单用ECF方案。
