摘要
研究了污泥活性炭对含Cr(Ⅵ)废水的吸附性能。利用西安某污水处理厂未消化脱水污泥,采用ZnCl2化学活化热解炭化法制备污泥活性炭,研究其处理含Cr(Ⅵ)废水的效果,考察其吸附Cr(Ⅵ)的动力学行为。结果表明,最佳吸附条件为溶液pH在1左右、污泥活性炭投加量5 g/L、吸附时间10 min、Cr(Ⅵ)初始质量浓度10 mg/L,在此条件下,Cr(Ⅵ)吸附率高于99.7%;影响Cr(Ⅵ)吸附的4个因素依次为污泥活性炭投加量>溶液pH>Cr(Ⅵ)初始浓度>吸附时间;伪二级动力学方程能很好描述污泥活性炭对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附过程。
sludge activated carbon was prepared by pyrolysis process using excess sewage sludge as raw material and ZnCl2 as activating agent.The batch removal of Cr(Ⅵ) from aqueous solutions by adsorption on sludge activated carbon was investigated to determine the effect of pH,adsorpbent dosage,contact time and initial Cr(Ⅵ) concentration on the adsorptive capacity for Cr(Ⅵ),the adsorption kinetic behavior was also studied.Results showed that the optimal conditions for Cr(Ⅵ) adsorption on sludge activated carbon were pH about 1,sludge activated carbon dosage of 5 g/L,initial Cr(Ⅵ) concentration of 10 mg/L and contact for 10 min.Under these conditions the removal rate of Cr(Ⅵ) higher than 99.7%.Factors affecting the adsorbability of sludge activated carbons were in the order of activated carbon dosagepHinitial Cr(Ⅵ) concentrationadsorption time.The dynamic adsorption capacity data were well described by the Pseudo second order kinetic model.
