为了分析不同放电形式对臭氧形成的影响,阐述了电晕放电产生臭氧的机理。详细分析了3 种典型的放电形式(金属电极间的直接放电、无声放电、沿面放电)的产生以及发展的物理机制。结合臭氧形成机理研究,比较了 3 种放电形式在产生臭氧方面的特点。研制成功了产品化臭氧发生器,经检测,在使用未经处理的室内空气作为气源时,该发生器的臭氧生成效率为68.44 g/(k W ·h)。结果表明,在目前的电源水平下, 3
As electrical discharge is the most feasible way to manufacture ozone, the mechanism of the formation of ozone in electric discharge was studied. Because the characteristic of the discharge could be strongly affected by the construction of the electrodes, three common used electrodes (direct discharge between two metal electrodes, silent discharge, surface discharge) were analyzed and compared in detail. It was found that among these discharging forms, the surface discharge was the most reasonable way for ozone manufacturing, not only for the discharge was more easy to happen, but also the behavior of the discharge was more easy to control in surface discharge. Two kinds of ozone generator using surface discharge were designed and tested. Using air without any special processing, their energy efficiency was up to 68.44 g/(kW·h) , which means surface discharge is valuable for commercial application.
