摘要 本文研究了壳聚精膜的制备、结构,以及壳聚糖膜电渗析法分离F-与CI-。壳聚糖膜的制备采用流延法和红外线干燥.壳聚糖膜韧性好,强度大,可用作电渗析膜。制备的壳聚糖膜为阴离子交换膜,采用红外光谱法、扫描电子显微分析研究了膜的结构.采用制备的壳聚糖膜研究了CI-与F-的分离,考察了酸度、浓度对分离效果的影响.结果表明膜的性能良好。对阴离子具有良好选择性,酸度和原液浓度对CI-与F-的分离影响很大,F-离子在碱性条件下分离效果好,原液浓度则在200mg/L的浓度范围内效果好. In this paper the preparation and structure of chitosan membrane were studied. Chitosan membrane for separating of F- and CI- by electrodialysis method was also investigated. The chitosanmembrane was prepared by ductility method and dried with infra-red lamp. As a kind ofelectrodialysis membrane, the Chitosan membrane has both good tenacity and high strength. Thechitosan membrane prepared was anion membrane. The structure of the membrane was investigated byinfrared spectrum and electron scanning microscope. The membrane was used to separate F- and CI-,and the research was mainly aimed at effects of acidity and concentration on the separation. Theresults show that chitosam membrane has good selectivity on anions. The acidity and concentration affected the separation of F- and CI-. F- could be better separated in alkaline condition andconcentration of 200mg/l.
