利用纳米材料复合膜处理高浓度氯化铵废水 被引量:4

TREATMENT OF WASTEWATER CONTAINING HIGH STRONG AMMONIUM CHLORIDE BY NANO MEMBRANE DEVICE

摘要 化肥工业排放的氯化铵废水具有浓度高和数量大等特点,必须进行有效处理和利用。本研究构建了一台基于NMHD-2510型纳米材料复合膜的试验装置,用于处理氯化铵废水。经过优化得到最佳工艺条件为:膜分离压力5.5MPa、水温35℃、废水pH值为9。该装置对NH4+-N为1304~14071mg/L和Cl-为3255~30152mg/L的废水脱盐率均大于95%,淡水产率在48%~13%之间。对于Cl-和NH4+-N浓度分别为28710mg/L和9457mg/L的某化肥厂废水,如果将三个相同的膜组件进行串联,按照内插法估算,淡水的总产率达到25.3%,符合工业生产用水标准;浓水的总产率达到74.7%,可利用成熟技术回收生产氯化铵化肥。这表明,纳米材料复合膜在实现化肥工业氯化铵废水的零排放和资源化利用方面具有良好的应用前景。 A NMHD-2510 Type test device with Nano material combrane was developed to treat the ammonium chloride wastewater. Through optimization, the device's optimal technological conditions were: pressure for membrane separation: 5.SMPa; water temperatare: 35℃; wastewater pH:9. The salt rejectioffofthe device against the wastewater containing NH4^+-N of 1304~1407mg/L and Cl^- of 3255~30152mg/L were all greater than 95%; the recovery rate of desalted water laid between 48%~13%. For the wastewater from a fertilizer rant containing CI of 28710 mg/L and NH4^+-N of 9457 mg/L respectively, in case of three same membrane modules in series and according to the estimation of the interpolation, the total recovery rate of desalted water reached to 25.3%, being in conformity with the standard of industrial water for production; the total recovery rate of the concentrated water reached to 74.7%, which can be re-used for the production of ammonium chloride chemical fertilizer. The results showed that the Nano material composite membrane possessed better applied prospect in realizing Zero discharge of ammonium chloride wastewater and resource utilization in the chemical fertilizer industry.
