摘要
针对联碱法氯化铵生产废水中含有多种污染物的特点,提出了采用混凝沉淀法除COD和SS,汽提法回收氨,得到的氯化钠稀溶液回联碱系统化盐车间化盐的综合治理方案。将此工艺应用于四川某化工集团45万t/a氯化铵生产过程的废水治理回收中,不但实现了废水零排放,而且还每年回收氯化钠439 t、氨1 140 t、化盐水5万m3。
A variety of pollutants are contained in the wastewater from ammonium - chloride production with Hou s process. A comprehensive scheme for the wastewater treatment is proposed,in which the coagulation method is used for removing COD and SS, the stripping method is used for recovering ammonia - nitrogen, and the sodium chloride dilute solution received is reused. The new process is applied to wastewater treatment in the production of ammonium chloride with 450 000 t/a. This process can not only realize the“zero discharge”of wastewater,and also recover 439 t/a sodium chloride, 1 140 t/a ammonia,and 50 000 m^3/a dilute brine.
