摘要
[目的]观察补阳还五汤加减治疗缺血性中风后遗症的疗效。[方法]将缺血性中风后遗症患者90例采用秩和检验分析,随机分为两组,治疗组45例运用补阳还五汤加减治疗,对照组45例用西药常规对症治疗。[结果]治疗组总有效率为91.1%。随访复发率为26%;对照组总有效率为55.6%,随访复发率为69%。治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]补阳还五汤加减治疗缺血性中风后遗症疗效确切。
[Objective]Fill yang also five soup add and subtract cure ischemic apoplexy sequel of clinical observation.[Method]90 cases ischemic apoplexy sequels patients adopt sequence and inspection analysis grade material divided into two groups randomly.The treatment group 45 cases use the fill yang also five soup add and subtract cure.Matched group 45 cases use the western medicine symptomatic treatment conventional.[Results]The treatment group has the total effective 91.1 percent.Follow-up recurrence has 26 percent.Matched group has the total effective 55.6 percent.Follow-up recurrence has 69 percent The treatment group is obviously better than the matched group.（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Fill yang also five soup add and subtract has the definite effect in curing the ischemic apoplexy sequels.
