大型公共建筑能耗计量监测体系的关键技术问题研究 被引量:8

摘要 能耗计量监测体系不仅是衡量建筑用能水平的重要途径,也是评估建筑节能效果的重要依据。本文根据2年多来在大型公共建筑能耗计量监测体系研究和实践中积累的经验和成果,对计量监测体系中一些亟待解决的关键技术问题进行了研究和探讨,对在能耗计量监测系统中如何集成集中抄表功能、能耗数据的传输和管理、能耗拆分方法等关键问题提出了切实可行的解决方法。 Energy consumption sub-metering and monitoring system is not only important for evaluating the building energy consumption,but also significant for investigating the building energy-saving effect.In this paper,based on the study and project practice of energy consumption sub-metering and monitoring for large-scale public buildings in recent years,the key technical problems demanding urgent solution were discussed.With regard to the issues of integrating the automatic meter reading function,transmission and management of energy consumption data,energy consumption splitting method and so on,the effective and feasible solutions were given out.
