摘要
该文详细阐述了重庆市公共建筑节能监管平台的建设情况、对节能改造的支撑作用和存在的主要问题,并根据当前重庆充分利用合同能源管理模式大力推动公共建筑实施节能改造的现实需要,研究提出了相关对策和建议。
The construction condition, the supporting role of energy saving reconstruction and the major problems of the supervisory platform of public energy-saving buildings in Chongqing are elaborated. Based on the practical requirements onenergy performance contracting development, some related suggestions and measures are presented.
