不同程度盐碱化草地碱茅对绵羊瘤胃发酵的影响

Effects of Puccinellia Distans Cultivated In Light, Moderate And Serious Alkali-saline Grassland on Ruminal Fermentation in Sheep

摘要 为研究不同程度(轻、中、重)盐碱化草地碱茅对绵羊瘤胃发酵的影响,选用装有永久性瘤胃瘘管、体况良好、体重约37.03±2.11kg的绵羊8只进行试验,采用4×4拉丁方设计将绵羊分为4组,饲料制成TMR颗粒料,对照组日粮由精料补充料和玉米秸秆组成(精粗比为50:50),处理Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组在对照日粮基础上分别以轻度、中度和重度盐碱化草地栽培碱茅替代玉米秸秆。试验绵羊单槽饲喂,每只羊平均日喂1400g。结果表明,各处理组瘤胃液pH和氨态氮平均值与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。各处理组瘤胃总酸浓度平均值均低于对照组,其中处理Ⅲ组显著低于对照组(P<0.05),各处理组瘤胃乙酸浓度显著低于对照组(P<0.05),处理Ⅰ组瘤胃戊酸浓度显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),处理Ⅲ组乙酸、丙酸和异戊酸浓度显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验结果显示,重度盐碱化草地栽培的碱茅均对绵羊瘤胃发酵产生了显著的抑制作用,轻度和中度盐碱地碱茅的抑制作用次之。 To evaluate effects of puccinellia distans cultivated in light, moderate and serious alkali-saline grassland on rumen fermentation in sheep, eight health sheep(37.03±2.11 kg)with permanent rumen cannula were arranged into a 4×4 Latin square design and supplemented with TMR. Sheep in control group were fed with TMR consist of concentrate (50%) and corn stover(50%), while sheep in treatment Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲwere fed TMR consist of concentrate (50%) and puccinellia distans(50%) respectively cultivated in light, moderate and serious alkali-saline grassland. Every sheep were fed 1 400 g TMR separately each day. The results showed that the ruminal pH and the concentration of NH3-N of all groups had no significant differences (P0.05) among groups, the ruminal total VFA of all treatments was lower than that of control group and the concentration of TVFA of treatment Ⅲ was significantly lower than that of control group (P0.05), the ruminal acetate in all treatments were significantly lower than that of control group (P0.05), The ruminal valerate of treatmentsⅠ was significantly higher than all other groups(P0.05). The ruminal acetate, butyrate and isovalerate of treatment Ⅲ were significantly lower than those of control group (P0.05). The results indicated that rumen fermentation was affected negatively in sheep fed with puccinellia distans cultivated in different kinds of alkali-saline grassland, and the puccinellia distans cultivated in serious alkali-saline grassland had the most negatively effect on the rumen fermentation in sheep.
