摘要
采用微絮凝—大梯度磁滤工艺对水中铁、铜、锰、锌、铅5种金属离子进行处理,并考察了该工艺的处理效果。当硫酸铝投加量为12 mg/L、Fe3O4投加量为15 mg/L、磁场强度为0.267 T、滤速50 m/h、絮凝时间为8 min、搅拌速度为150 r/min时,该工艺对铁、铜、铅3种金属离子的去除效果较好,平均去除率分别为90.4%、67.9%、69.3%,但对锰和锌离子的去除效果不明显,平均去除率仅为6.9%、12.3%。
Microflocculation-high gradient magnetic filtration process has been used for treating metal ions of Fe,Cu,Mn,Zn and Pb in water,and its treatment effects are investigated.The results show that when aluminum sulfate dosage is 12 mg/L,Fe3O4 dosage 15 mg/L,magnetic field intensity 0.267 T,filtration rate 50 m/h,flocculation reaction time 8 min,and agitator stirring rate 150 r/min,the removal rates of Fe,Cu,Pb ions are better,the average removal rates are 90.4%,67.9% and 69.3%,respectively.But the removal rates of Mn and Zn ions are not distinguish,the average removal rates are only 6.9% and 12.3%.
