摘要
目的: 研究作为痛觉感受器的游离神经末梢的存在部位及数量分布特征, 探讨其定量分析方法。方法: 采取20 例尸检患者的41 个颈神经根、神经节、脊神经标本, 按纵横2 个方向分别制作不同部位的20 μm 厚10 张冰冻连续切片。应用铃木镀银染色法、 Klüver Barrera染色法以及二者的双重染色法染色, 测量神经纤维直径, 光镜下观察。以400 倍光微镜1 视野3 张连续切片的单位体积内游离神经末梢的最大数量作为该部位的游离神经末梢数量。结果: 本组41 个标本中均发现有不分枝性神经末梢、单纯分枝性神经末梢、复杂分枝性神经末梢等游离神经末梢存在; 其中不分枝性神经末梢数量最多; 游离神经末梢多位于神经节两端,近侧端多于远侧端。单位体积内游离神经末梢数量平均37 个, 最多者为12 个。结论: 游离神经末梢可进行定量性研究。颈神经根、神经节、脊神经标本中均发现有游离神经末梢存在,其中不分枝性神经末梢数量最多, 且多位于神经节两端。
Objective:To study the location,number and characteristic distribution of the nerve endings with exploring its quantitative analysis methodology.Methods:In 41 specimens obtained from postmortems,a 20 μm micro thickness running slice was made and stained with Suzuki silver impregnation method or Klüver Barrera method or both of them.The location,number and characteristic distribution of the nerve endings were examined with a light microscopy.The number of the most free nerve endings in one unit volume was counted with a 400 times light microscopy in one field in three serial sections.Results:No branching,simple branching and complex-branching configuration free nerve endings were observed in all sheaths of the human cervical nerve roots, the dorsal root ganglions and the spine nerve in the 41 specimens.Most of free nerve endings were distributed in the proximal and distal portions of the dorsal root ganglions with much more number in the proximal portion than that in the distal.An average of 3 7 free nerve endings(12 at most) in one unit volume was found.Conclusion:Free nerve endings appeared in all sheaths of the human cervical nerve roots,the dorsal root ganglions and the spine nerve.Of them,most were no branching configuration with a dominant distribution in both proximal and distal portions of the dorsal root ganglions.Consequently,a quantitative analysis of free nerve endings may be applied.
