摘要
目的 68例创伤神经外科患者的护理方法。方法创伤患者术后麻醉作用消失后损伤的组织仍持续释放某些致痛物质,并作用于游离神经末梢。将68例患者分为两组,其中试验组34例,采用治疗后护理;对照组34例,不采用护理。结果试验组患者通过采取相应护理措施后大多数患者疼痛明显减轻,疼痛加重者仅2例,占本组5.88%;对照组,疼痛加重者12例,占35.29%。实验组明显优于对照组。结论随着医疗条件的改善及治疗水平提高,及时准确的诊断和治疗,术后严密观察和精心护理也有着至关重要的作用。
Objective To 68 cases of traumatic nerve surgery patients nursing measure.Methods Patients with traumatic postoperative anesthesia action after the organization of damage disappear continued to release some pain material,and used for free nerve endings,and give the nursing care.Group of 34 patients,the nursing after treatment and control group in 34 cases,do not use a nursing care.Results Patients to take corresponding measures through patients care after most patients significantly reduce pain,pain worse only the 2 cases,accounting for 5.88% of this group.Conclusion With the medical conditions to improve and treatment level increases,the timely and accurate diagnosis and treatment,the postoperative close observation and care and has important role.
