当今世界,发展与气候变化的矛盾日益突出。低碳经济作为一种以低能耗、低污染、低排放为基础的新经济模式,日益受到世界各国的青睐。一些发达国家在发展低碳经济方面已经积累了丰富的经验,并且取得了显著的成果。作为发展中的大国,中国面临转变经济发展方式和调整经济结构的艰巨任务。因此,中国要借鉴发达国家发展低碳经济的成功经验,积极探索适合中国国情的低碳经济发展策略,以实现经济快速发展和资源环境保护双赢的目标。
In the world of today, the contradiction between development and climate change is becoming evident. As a new economic model, low-carbon economy, which is characterized by lower energy consumption, lower pollution and lower emission, has attracted more and more attention. Some developed countries have already gained rich experience and achieved remarkable achievement in developing low-carbon economy. Being a developing country, China is facing with an arduous task of the transforming economic model and the reconstruction of economic development. It is necessary for China to borrow experiences of those developed countries, find out Chinese strategy of developing low-carbon economy and reach the double-goal of rapid economic development and protection of resources and environment.
