摘要
中日两国作为邻国,在经贸和环保领域都有密切的联系和往来,在全球气候变化和金融危机的大背景下,低碳经济成为各国摆脱经济困境和推动经济发展的战略选择。日本先进的环保技术以及成熟的发展理念为中国提供了很好的借鉴,中国对节能减碳技术的需求为日本企业提供了广阔的市场。中日在气候友好商品贸易的促进和低碳技术领域的合作有利于促进中日两国经贸发展和低碳经济的建设,中日CDM项目的拓展及气候友好城市的推广则有利于低碳社会的构建和可持续发展。
As neighboring countries, China and Japan have close relationship and exchanges in economy, trade and environmental protection. With global climate change and financial crisis, low-carbon economy has become a strategic choice for nations seeking to eliminate economic difficulties and promote economic development. Japan provides useful reference for China in its advanced environmentally friendly technologies and mature outlook on development, and China offers vast market for carbon reduction technologies for Japanese companies. Sino-Japanese promotion of trade in climate friendly products and cooperation in low-carbon technologies can help boost the bilateral economic and trade relationship and build a low-carbon economy, and Sino-Japanese expansion of clean development mechanism （ CDM ） projects and climate friendly cities can contribute to building a low-carbon society and sustainable development.
