摘要
传动系统是平行双螺杆挤出机的重要组成部分,实现减速和功率分配两种功能。按照传动形式的不同将传动系统分为圆柱外齿轮系和行星齿轮系两类,分析了每一类中多个典型案例。最后从齿轮轴受力、齿轮箱分型面选择、输出轴花键相位调整、输出轴转速调速及多功能化等方面对传动系统设计中要考虑的问题进行总结。
Driving system, which was an important part of the parallel twin screw extruder, was applied to reducing the input speed of the motor and to distributing the power to two output shafts. According to driving type, the driving systems were classified into two groups, including the cylindrical gear system and the planet gear system. Furthermore several classic cases were analyzed to describe the characters of the different groups. At last, some problems which should be considered in the design were summarized, inclu- ding the strained condition of the gear, parting surface of the gear-box, phase adjustment of the two output shafts, change of rotating speed of the output shafts, and multi-function application and so on.
